Service Description

Mopping, Vacuuming, Dusting of entire home, Clean all baseboards, Clean all window sills (cleaning inside window track $30 extra charge), Make Bed (If linen left out and old linen is removed) Dust all blinds, All appliances cleaned In/Out ($25 extra charge If heavily soiled), clean and disinfect all counter tops, cabinets in/out, and tables, Steam clean tile on kitchen and bathroom floors, Dust and clean all ceiling fans, Wipe down all furniture, dust all light fixtures, sweep/vacuum, and mop all bedrooms ( Additional $40 for excessive pet hair). Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces (tubs, toilet, shower, mirrors, shelving, and floors, remove all trash from home, Sweep front and back porch. Entire home must be EMPTY or $50 extra charge will be applied unless previously discussed! NO EXCEPTIONS!! $35 Non-Refundable Deposit Due at Booking, Deposit will be subtracted from your total once services are complete. 7.5% tax will be added at check out. 2.75% Processing Fee for All Credit/Debit Card Transaction **Please Read Before Booking ** There are No Refunds! Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled via phone 48hr prior to scheduled booking time, failure to do so will result in penalty charges! If appointment is cancelled 24hrs prior to scheduled booking a 50% charge of the booking amount will be applied to payment method on file. If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs Full Fee will be charged to payment method on file. A Debit or Credit card is required to be saved on file at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule Policy: All appointments require 24hr notice in order to be rescheduled, failure to do so will result in a new deposit needed at the time of making the new appointment. No Refunds No Charge Backs on Any Cleaning Packages. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule ONLY! Appointments may be rescheduled out as far as the client needs but, must be rescheduled 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment date and time.
