Service Description

Clean and dust all knickknacks, shelving and mirrors, wipe down all furniture in the entire home, disinfect all touch points, Make all beds (If new linen is left out and old linen is removed) Clean and polish outside ONLY of all appliances, Clean and disinfect all countertops, tables and microwaves, Thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces in bathroom (tub, toilet, shower, mirrors and shelving) Sweep/Vacuum/Mop all floors in the entire home (Additional $40 charge for excessive pet hair and Additional $25 if heavily soiled) Remove all trash from the home. 7.5% Tax will be added at check out $35 Non-Refundable Deposit Required Non-Transferable will be deducted from services. 2.75% Fee will be charged for all Credit/Debit Card Transactions. **Please Read Before Booking ** There are No Refunds! No Chargebacks! All Services Are Final No Exceptions!! Refer to our 24hr Guarantee Policy.


Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled via phone 48hr prior to scheduled booking time, failure to do so will result in penalty charges! If appointment is cancelled 24hrs prior to scheduled booking a 50% charge of the booking amount will be applied to payment method on file. If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs Full Fee will be charged to payment method on file. A Debit or Credit card is required to be saved on file at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule Policy: All appointments require 24hr notice in order to be rescheduled, failure to do so will result in a new deposit needed at the time of making the new appointment. No Refunds No Charge Backs on Any Cleaning Packages. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule ONLY! Appointments may be rescheduled out as far as the client needs but, must be rescheduled 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment date and time.
