Service Description

Living Room: Wipe down all furniture, mirrors, wall hangings and disinfect all remote controls, Kitchen: Remove all old food and discard, empty dishwasher, wash and put away all dishes, clean and disinfect all countertops and appliances, Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect all surfaces, Bedrooms: Wash and change all linens, towels/hand towels, remake bed with fresh linen, wipe down all furniture, wall hangings and mirrors, remove all trash and recycling, sweep, vacuum, mop, dust all areas of home and sanitize all door handles and light panels. Refill soaps and toiletries (Client Provides) We can provide toiletries and household items for an additional charge by request Price varies by size of home Pet Hair: $25 Additional Deep Cleaning: $160 Apartment/Condo **Please Read Before Booking ** There are No Refunds! No Chargebacks! All Services Are Final No Exceptions!! Refer to our 24hr Guarantee Policy if you experience any issues after services are complete.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled via phone 48hr prior to scheduled booking time, failure to do so will result in penalty charges! If appointment is cancelled 24hrs prior to scheduled booking a 50% charge of the booking amount will be applied to payment method on file. If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs Full Fee will be charged to payment method on file. A Debit or Credit card is required to be saved on file at the time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule Policy: All appointments require 24hr notice in order to be rescheduled, failure to do so will result in a new deposit needed at the time of making the new appointment. No Refunds No Charge Backs on Any Cleaning Packages. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Reschedule ONLY! Appointments may be rescheduled out as far as the client needs but, must be rescheduled 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment date and time.
